”AEO EUROPE RETAIL” GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Store Gift Cards are issued by AEO EUROPE RETAIL CO.B.V. In any participating aerie and AMERICAN EAGLE stores in the Netherlands.
2. Any purchase of AEO EUROPE RETAIL Gift Cards is limited to a maximum value of €300. The minimum value for AEO EUROPE RETAIL Gift Cards is €15.
3. AEO EUROPE RETAIL Gift card has no expiry date and remains valid until the balance is €0.
4. That in the event of a return, the credit used will be refunded to the gift card. If you have used a combination of payment methods, you will first be refunded to your credit card or payment method. For example, if you used a combination of a Gift Card and a credit card, money will first be refunded to the credit card you used with your purchase and the rest will be refunded to a gift card.
5. This Gift Card cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash.
6. There are not possibilities to combine AEO discount vouchers with the gift card.
7. It is not possible to purchase a gift card with discount vouchers / Store credit or gift card.
8. That gift cards cannot be reloaded, (re)sold or transferred to third parties, used for unapproved commercial purposes.
9. There are not possible transferred Gift Card to another AEO customer/account.
10. AEO EUROPE RETAIL not be liable if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, damages, or used without authorization. If there appears to be fraud or abuse, we may refuse or delay your return.
